1. How do I create an account with Smooch?
a) Click on ‘Sign Up’ at the top of our homepage Smoochthelabel.com
b) Complete your details
c) A confirmation email will be sent to you. Click on the link and activate!

2. What's the difference in creating an account and Guest Checkout?

Creating an account  automatically pre-fills your personal details ( i.e: Name, Address ) at your next check-out and you're also able to view your order history. Guest Check-out will not allow you to the above but you will receive status notification of your order by emails.

 

3. What's the carting out process?

a) Add items to Cart 
b) Click on "Checkout"
c) Continue as Guest if you do not have account or log in to your existing account to have your personal information pre filled
d) Key in personal information & choose your payment methods : PayPayl or credit card
e) Choose mode of Shipping and enter any promo or gift card codes
f) Click "Complete your purchase" 
g) Your order will be confirmed via email
h) You will be notified via email when your order has been shipped and order fulfilled 

 

4. Can I pay via I-banking?

We are sorry to inform you that Smooch does not accept I-banking anymore. We only accept payments via Paypal and Credit/Debit Cards.

However, if an item is available after a new launch or you would like to join the backorder of an item, we are able to send you a manual invoice via email for i-banking payments, drop us an email at hello@smooch.com.sg.

 

5. I have a promo / discount / gift card code, where do I use it?

Discount Codes and Gift card codes are to redeemed at different pages, please see

5b) for Discount Codes and 5d) For Gift Codes 

Check out process :

a) Click on the "Check Out" button at Check Out Page
 
b)  For existing account holders, Key in your email and sign in. Otherwise, Key in your email address and Shipping Address. If you have a discount code, enter the code on the right hand side, the page should look like this: 
    c) You'll be required to choose your preferred Shipping Method available to your country 

    d)  Just below "Shipping Method", if you have received a Smooch Giftcard, this is where you can apply the Gift Card code

    e) Click on Complete order and you'll be directed to Paypal's Checkout page where you are required to enter your debit/credit card details 

     

    6. I've received a Smooch Giftcard! Do I have to use the entire value in one purchase?

    Aren't you lucky! The giftcard can be used more than 1 purchase, if the value of the giftcard is more than your first purchase. You may combine giftcards and you may check your giftcard balance by visiting the unique link sent via email after purchase. You may also use the gift cards in conjunction with other discount codes.

     

    7. Can I mail my parcel to a different address?

    Yes, you may! However, you have to email us at hello@smooch.com.sg directly with your order number so that we can take note of the changes.

     

    8. How often do you launch new items?

    We try our best to update the website every week, do follow us on twitter/instagram @smoochthelabel or facebook.com/smoochthelabel for instantaneous updates. View and shop our products by clicking on the name of the different collections from the dropdown menu when your curser hovers over "Collections"
